WHOLEGRAIN PANCAKE

Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp wheat germ
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup yoghurt
2 egg white

Method
Take a bowl and add all dry ingredients to it and stir well.
Take a bowl. Add milk , yoghurt and egg white, mix well.
Now add wet ingredients mixture to dry and combine thoroughly.
Keep it aside for 15 mins.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
